"Our clients want simplicity, plain and simple. This is why Katalyst has invested so much in this platform, all aimed at extending that simplicity coupled with our Katalyst managed service portfolio. What our team has done in achieving these certifications marks another chapter in helping our clients travel further, faster and safer along their technology journey," said Luke Johnson, Katalyst CEO.
To earn the coveted designation of Powered Service, Katalyst successfully completed a third-party audit that particularly underscored the extent of process and automation Katalyst uses in delivering this service.
“I’m so proud of what my team has accomplished and what it means to our managed service clients on the Meraki platform. While the journey was grueling, the fact that Katalyst is one of just six partners in the world to hold this certification is a testament to our vision & execution,” said Mike Hulbert, Katalyst VP of Engineering.
The audits validate Katalyst's demonstrated capabilities to deliver Cisco Powered services, including service provisioning, change management, proactive monitoring, remote troubleshooting, operation of a Network Operations Center (NOC), and integration of service-level agreements with the end customer.
“Social proof is half the battle, this accreditation confirms our strategy is aligned. Our markets are demanding an exit strategy from day-to-day infrastructure management. Our clients don’t exist to run their infrastructure, but rather run their companies on one that is reliable and enables growth," said Jesse White, Katalyst VP of Sales.
By achieving the "Powered Service for Meraki Access and Security" designation across its markets, Katalyst solidifies its position of advanced and secure business network infrastructures. With its customer-centric approach and focus on security, Katalyst continues to drive digital transformation aimed at enabling our clients to go further, faster, safer.
